1. Introduction

By using the services provided by Everluxe Property Care (“we”, “our”, or “us”), you (“you” or “the client”) agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking or using our services. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Everluxe Property Care provides professional cleaning services for residential and commercial properties in the Sydney area. Our services include, but are not limited to:

  • Residential Cleaning

  • Bond & End of Lease Cleaning

  • Post Renovation Cleaning

  • Commercial Cleaning

  • NDIS Cleaning

  • Strata and Office Cleaning

Our scope of work and services provided will be detailed in the individual booking or agreement made between the client and Everluxe Property Care.

3. Booking and Cancellation

Booking:
To book our services, clients can do so via our website, phone, or email. We will confirm your booking by email or phone.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

  • Clients may cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without charge.

  • If a cancellation or rescheduling is made within 24 hours of the appointment, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.

  • No-shows or failure to provide access to the property will incur the full service charge.

4. Payment

Payment Methods:
We accept payments via [list payment methods, e.g., credit cards, PayPal, bank transfer]. All payments are processed securely.

Service Charges:
Our pricing is based on the services requested, property size, and cleaning requirements. All prices will be confirmed prior to the booking.

Late Payment:
Late payment may result in a late fee, and any unpaid invoices may be sent to collections after 30 days.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Access to Property: Clients must ensure access to the property at the scheduled time. If we are unable to gain access due to client unavailability or incorrect details, full payment is still required.

  • Valuables: While Everluxe Property Care will exercise reasonable care, we are not responsible for any damage or loss of valuables that were not disclosed prior to the cleaning.

  • Health and Safety: The client must inform Everluxe Property Care of any hazards or conditions within the property that could pose a risk to our staff (e.g., pets, fragile items, etc.).

6. Our Responsibilities

  • Quality of Service: We strive to provide a high-quality, professional cleaning service. If you are unsatisfied with the cleaning service, please inform us within 24 hours of the cleaning. We will make every effort to resolve the issue by providing a re-cleaning or a partial refund if necessary.

  • Staff Conduct: Our cleaning staff will conduct themselves professionally at all times. They are fully insured and background-checked for your security and peace of mind.

7. Liability and Indemnity

  • Liability: Everluxe Property Care will not be held liable for any accidental damage or loss caused during the provision of our cleaning services, unless such damage or loss was caused by our negligence.

  • Indemnity: Clients agree to indemnify Everluxe Property Care against any claim, damage, loss, or injury that may arise during the provision of services, except where caused by our negligence or misconduct.

8. Privacy

By booking our services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service at our discretion, including in cases of abusive behavior, non-payment, or failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

10. Force Majeure

Everluxe Property Care shall not be held liable for failure or delay in the performance of our services if such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, natural disasters, or government regulations.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the revised terms will become effective immediately upon posting.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through the courts of New South Wales.
